Loads on tilt actuator due to side winds (IM-SUS-028)

An elementary calculation shows that the greatest torque loads imposed on the tilt actuator are those duo to side winds. They are greatly in excess of the inertia loads imposed during the tilting of the body. This report computes the loads from the latest information on aerodynamic coefficients.
