Adhesion for the APT (IM-APT-264)

It is about a year since the discussion on adhesion, called by Mr. S.F. Smith, took place. Since then, the APT design studies have progressed and the fundamental adhesion requirements may have been eased. However, the detailed requirements are quite as severe or worse.
