Design of passive vertical suspension springs for vehicles intended to be run in empty and fully-laden conditions only (TN-DYN-076)

A very simple analysis is given which allows the 'boat' spring characteristics to be chosen for vehicles intended to be run in empty and fully-laden conditions only. This report complements DYN 33 which relates to vehicles which may be run in any condition between empty and fully-laden.
