The vertical response to a discrete track irregularity of a bogie vehicle with resilient wheels running on a resilient track (TN-DYN-070)

Last updated on 09 December 2013 3:40
A B.R, Report by Williams (1) has by simplyfied calculations estimated the influence of a resilient wheel and a resilient rail on the vertical response on a vehicle. The report consider a 1 degree of freedom case with the wheel and rail masses added together to form the vibrating mass.
