Interim report of tests on modified pallet vans (E-438)

Tests have been conducted on Pallet Vans with four different varieties of suspension to assess their relative liability to derailment. A dangerous condition was found to be present on a van with standard suspension (3 rubber auxiliaries). Further tests are proposed.
