Preliminary investigation of indium antimonide as an A.T.C pick-up. (E-100)

The Services Electronics Research Laboratory (S. E. R. L.) showed interesting examples of semi-conducting compounds formed of group III and group IV elements at the Physical Society's 38th Exhibition in 1954. These compounds have the zinc-blende type of structure, and their properties have strong resemblances to the group IV elements.
