Report E.86 dated 25.10.54 gave details of an inspection carried out on 28.8.54, together with a number of recommendations. These recommendations have been agreed to by the Prestreseed Concrete Sleeper Sub-Committee and by the Civil Engineering Committee out there has not yet been an opportunity to put them into effect.
