Fell diesel locomotive no. 10100 improvements to ventilation (E-023)

Alterations have been made to the ventilation of the cabs and central compartment of the Fell diesel locomotive to increase the cooling. Tests made on a trial run show that the ventilation may now be regarded as satisfactory, at least for a trial period.
