RETB retained token problem: Recommended CDU software modification strategy (RR-STG-D-PDSRTB-RP-3)

Since March 1992 there have been 5 reports of returned tokens being re-displayed on RETB Cab Display Units. Previous investigations have not revealed any deficiencies in the CDU hardware or software that would account for these events, and extensive site and laboratory tests have failed to reproduce the fault.
