Specification for laboratory testing axle bearing detectors (RR-DYN-95-150)

Prototype on-board defective axlebox bearing detection equipment is under development. Equipment of this type has not been previously used on Britain's Railway network and consequently it is necessary to test it to verify its effective and safe operation. This is to be done by performing both laboratory and train tests.
