Derailment at Lostwithiel 21 February 1995 (RR-DYN-95-069)

On the 21st February 1995 the leading wheelset of vehicle CDA 375073 which was in a train of empty china clay hopper wagons derailed while exiting the branch line onto the down main line at Lostwithiel. Following the derailment the train ran for a short distance before coming to rest.
