Derailment at Penns 28 March 1995 (RR-DYN-95-087)

On the 28 March 1995 both wheelsets of the first wagon (TTA No. CAIB 51968) in train 6V70, Bescot to St. Blazey, derailed on the Up Line at Penns. This was the only empty four wheel tank wagon in the train, the other twelve vehicles were empty bogie tank wagons.
