Assessment of proposals to fit the ASB to the Mk 2 coach (RR-DYN-95-052)

The report gives an assessment of the proposal to install the advanced suburban bogie under a Mk 2 coach. It describes the design alterations and the dynamic analysis of the vehicle, making comparisons with the original Mk 2 vehicle. Cost comparisons are also made between the ASB and B4 bogies.
