The probability of APT-S overturning in high winds (TM-AERO-50)

This Memorandum, originally written in February 1978, presents overturning probability estimates for the then-proposed APT-S configuration operating in fleet service on the West Coast Main Line. These results are compared with those obtained for APT-P configurations.
