Strip examination of H.K. Brake A15M (TM-BS-21)

HK Brake No. A15M was taken out of service on A.P.T.-P. train due to failure after covering a total of 21 300 miles. UK Brake No. A15M was built by Blakos Ltd on 12.10.79 and assembled into wheelset No. 594-5 by Derby Loco Works.
