Derailment of 6Z44, 08.50 Holyhead to Fawley, at Watford Junction on 2 April 73 (TM-FT-14)

The 08.50 Holyhead to Fawley became derailed on plain line at 16.32 on Monday, 2 April, shortly after passing through Watford Junction Station on the Up Slow line. The train, consisting of 25 empty tanks and one runner, was hauled by electric locomotive E3148.
