Ground-borne vibrations from running trains at Burton Pedwardine (TM-SAV-7)
Last updated on 02 April 2014 1:38
Various people living in close proximity to the railway feel that they have cause to complain about the vibrations caused by passing trains. Complainants commonly request that the speed of the passing trains should be reduced, thus implying a direct link between the vibration level experienced and the train speed.
