Proof testing of the prototype APT Power Car (TM-STM-15)

Static proof tests have been carried out on the 3rd prototype APT Power Car shell. This is a welded steel structure. The test loads were as specified in UIC Specification 567-1 OR, except that it was not possible to apply the 500 kN diagonal load case in the time available.
