Experimental investigation into the load/deflection relationship for Hertzian contact between wheel and rail (TM-TS-95)

Since the purpose, of the test was to verify the use of Hertzian theory in the program or to demonstrate that variations in (C,n) pairs have little effect on results, this purpose has been achieved.
