Programming guide to data analysis routines and standards for main frame data analysis programs (TN-EMMA-98)

Fortran compatible routines described in this note are intended to provide the data analysis programmer with a set of standard modules to perform the functions of opening files and data sets, locating the start of data blocks to be analysed, fetching data from the files and some house keeping functions.
