Program specification and users guide: Program AM 31 first look analysis of vehicle ride data (TN-MATH-5)

A digital computer program is described which can be used for quick look analysis of time series data collected from ride tests of railway vehicles. The program is the first of a series of progress designed for the analysis of ride data using random process analysis techniques.
