Human factors integration in rail simulators

ESM, Research Institute into Safety and Human Factors, aware of the new scenario created by railway interoperability and by the latest ERTMS-ETCS driving systems, understood the need to develop a methodology capable of identifying and evaluating, in an objective and automatic way, human errors in train driving through simulation training.
