Effect of wind on overhead lines (IM-EU-001)

A meeting was held at 14 Melbury Terrace on Friday 5 May to consider the evidence available on wind effects and wind related incidents occurring over the past winter and hence to decide whether the current practice with regard to speed restrictions is to continue.
