Modifications to dowty brake pack electronics (IM-ED-006)

Modifications were made to insert a 31.1% pressure dead band into the braking characteristics at 0.02g demand. The original drawing No. APD-D4372 has been retained and redrawn to eliminate unused circuits, and is at Issue C.
