The operation of the start unit fitted to British Leyland gas turbines on APT-'E' (IM-ED-007)

This document describes the operation of the turbine start unit designed by the Transport Technology Department of Loughborough University. Positive logic is used throughout, i.e. logical 1 is equivalent to 24 volts, logical 0 to 0 volts, or open circuit.
