Some adhesion measurements (IM-APT-307)

The values given in this note have been calculated from the adhesion measurements made on untreated rai1 during the Plasma Torch test runs. The measurements were made by gradually increasing the braking force on the trailing line axle of HSFV 1a until slip occurred, and recording the brake hanger forces.
