Power for the dynamic test train (IM-APT-150)

A desirable train configuration for the dynamics proving train is two power cars plus one intermediate fuel car (assuming seven module vehicles). Ignoring curving problems it is desirable to design vehicles to be theoretically stable at speeds above proposed commercial operating speeds and to have some potential stretch in hand.
