Winter grade diesel fuel for BR (LR-DER-002)

The Secretary of State for Transport required that BR considered the benefits of using an arctic grade of fuel for winter. Such fuels are used, particularly in the Scandinavian Countries, to mitigate against waxing out of fuels in very cold weather.
