Derailment of ZBA wagon at Wakefield, Turners Lane Junction 1996 (RR-TRS-96-091)

On 30th September 1996, train 6K50 (Doncaster to Hunslet) consisted of twenty-eight ZBA civil engineering wagons hauled by a Class 37 locomotive. Whilst travelling at approximately 10 mph through Turners Lane Junction, Wakefield the train derailed and came to a stand with the twenty-first to the twenty-sixth wagons derailed. ...
