Waterproofing of bridges: Comparison of system requirements for road and rail bridges (LR-MSU-155)

The requirements and approval for bridge deck waterproofing systems for roads are laid down in the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges. Some of the requirements for railway bridges are similar, but there are a number of additional requirements to include, for example, the use of steelwork on railway bridges.
