Human Factors within LUL - History, Progress and Future

Human Factors is an area where London Underground Limited (LUL) continues to learn lessons. In projects, this has been seen with the extension of the Jubilee line where the outstanding HF issues in control rooms, operational philosophy, workload, and alarm design ended up on the critical path for project completion.
