Assessment of driver - signalman communication risk

The report provides a qualitative assessment of the changes in risk arising from errors in driver-signalman communication using either Signal Post Telephone (SPT) or a National Radio Network (NRN) radio. The study was based on the representative scenario of a driver waiting at a signal that has failed at danger.
