Audibility of warning horns: Final report

A recent increase in the number of complaints about the noise from warning horns combined with continuing problems in obtaining repeatable measurements of their acoustic output led the Rail Safety and Standards Board to ask AEA Technology Rail to investigate their audibility. This report presents the findings of that investigation.
