Behavior-based safety management in Hong Kong's construction industry

The paper reports on the implementation of a behaviour-based safety management program in the Hong Kong construction industry. Behaviour-based safety management techniques aim to motivate employees to improve their performance. The paper describes how such a program was implemented on seven public housing construction sites in Hong Kong.
