Canadian Pacific Railway Mechanical Services’ 5-Alive safety program shows promise in reducing injuries

Alternative methods for assessing whether safety programmes improve safety outcomes and in turn safety culture, are being explored by The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) Human Factors Research Development (RD) Program. Assessments of the implementation and impact of potential safety programs in the rail road industry are also being investigated.
