Development and validation of the HMRI safety culture inspection model and toolkit

The aim of this project was to develop a pragmatic tool to aid HMRI inspectors validate the implementation of the safety culture recommendations within rail organisations. There was an ongoing programme of work within HMRI to validate the implementation of recommendations made from public inquiries into rail accidents.
