Report of a study undertaken between September 1995 and February 1996 to assess the human factors issues associated with a passive Driver Reminder Appliance (DRA). The study aimed to assess Ergonomic issues (design, operation, lighting etc), the device’s effectiveness as a reminder and driver attitudes towards the device.
