Evaluation of the UK rail sector initial fatigue risk index thresholds: Identifying good practice

The report clarifies that under UK law (such as Regulation 25 of the 'Railways and other Guided Transport Systems (Safety) Regulations, 2006), employers have a duty to ensure that safety critical workers do not work when liable for fatigue (which could affect the health and safety of themselves and others).
