Focussed and effective human factors integration programmes for railways

This chapter provides an outline and recommendations of a structure that can lead to success in the implementation of human factors interventions in the railways. Emphasis is placed on a number of areas including selective planning, end users, super users, stakeholder buy in, and verification and validation of deliverables.
