Improving driver management – supporting driver managers

This paper discusses the effective management of Driver Managers, and their need for training and support. It draws on work for the UK rail industry to develop guidance for supporting Driver Managers, ranging from the selection and training of candidates, through to the implementation of effective work practices and support.
