An end user approach to the assessment of the quality of the railway track

In this article, a method for the assessment of the quality of the railway track is presented. The method, which is intended for use by the railway infrastructure managers, focuses on the end user and introduces quality assessment of the railway track on the basis of reliability, safety and comfort.
