Earth structures design for maintenance

As a long-term goal, the maintenance of earth structures by Metronet is desired to reach a steady state where all assets can be held in a serviceable condition by routine maintenance. Desk study and inspection have been used to develop a bank of known defects on the Metronet-maintained assets.
