Provisional trailer car structural test specification (IM-STR-005)

This memorandum defines the proof loading tests for the A.P.T. Trailer Car. The purpose of the tests is to calibrate the vehicle as its own load cell for track testing purposes. Some indication of the strain gauging required is also included.
