Infrastructure interdependency analysis: introductory research review

The resilience of Critical Infrastructures (CI) can be both facilitated and undermined by dependencies between infrastructure components, processes and procedures. The understanding of complex infrastructure interactions, their dependencies and the implications of these dependencies is therefore important for achieving resilient systems, both when designing them and dealing with a crisis.
