Performance Monitoring and Improvement on Urban Rail Resignalling Projects

During re-signalling of London Underground’s Northern Line innovative methods were developed to provide a step change reduction in the number of track closures and improvement in reliability monitoring and performance. The techniques and technologies developed are also applicable to in-service reliability improvement programmes.
