Surface gluing of ballast to reduce ballast creep on HSL

On some specific ballasted HSL, with speed above 300 kph, ballast creep phenomenona may occur on short areas (less than 20 m). In curves with cant, these phenomenona result in ballast migration from the upper rail to the lower one, mainly in summer. The ballast may then be completely removed...
