Work Stream 13 - Review of wind gust model used in EPSCAW

The wind gust model specified in the WCRM overturning probability method specification is subjected to independent review. It is considered that the current model is satisfactory. Nevertheless, a refined method using a Monte Carlo approach should be considered for future applications.
