Local rail grinding for effective lubrication

On a sharp curve, many problems such as corrugation of inner rail occur, and thus we apply lubricating oil on the top of inner rail from field corner of it as a countermeasure. However, in conventional way, it is hard to lubricate oil to the whole curve by existing way.
