An indoor navigation application for all pedestrians within railway stations

This paper presents a collaborative research work carried out by SNCF between 2014 and 2017 in order to conceive and evaluate an experimental indoor navigation app for railway stations based on universal design principles. First the context of the research, the methodology and the technical development choices are introduced.
