Introducing aerospace materials to rail

This project aims to develop a commercially viable, lightweight, rail carriage door using state-of-the-art composite materials and manufacturing processes as a first step towards achieving the goal of introducing light-weight trains by adopting technology innovation from the aerospace industry.
